Our approach.
A strategic framework designed to remove trial bottlenecks, empower clinical sites, and accelerate patient access to breakthrough therapies.
The Strategic Challenge
Clinical trial recruitment in IBD is often limited by infrastructure constraints and fragmented site performance. We turn recruitment into a strategic advantage by unlocking untapped patient pools.
A Collaborative Model
We transform trial management through a non-exclusive network structure. Our model empowers top academic centers and investigators without adding operational friction or administrative burden.
Site Enablement
We provide end-to-end support to research centers, integrating dedicated Study Coordinators (CRC) and Research Associates (CRA) alongside targeted communication strategies.

Frequently asked.
Clear answers about network participation, site onboarding, platform security, and clinical trial workflows.
Is there a cost to join IBD League?
No. IBD League is a non-commercial network. There are no fees to join, no course purchases, and no payments of any kind on the platform — access to training projects is granted, not sold.
Can any clinical site join the network?
Sites join by invitation and review, not by open sign-up. Submit a request through the Contacts page, and our team will confirm eligibility and next steps.
How do I get access to the platform?
Access is never automatic. Submit a request via the Request Access form indicating your center and area of interest — our secretariat reviews each request individually before granting access.
What happens after I submit a request?
Our team verifies your details and site affiliation, creates your account, and emails your credentials directly — typically within 3/5 business days.
Who decides which courses I can access?
Once your account is approved, an administrator assigns you to one or more projects based on your role and site. You'll only see the training relevant to you.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. Data is collected only for the purpose of evaluating access requests and managing your training account, in line with GDPR. We never share your information with third parties.
Can I share my login credentials with colleagues?
No — each account is personal and tied to one user. If a colleague needs access, they should submit their own request so their progress and certificate are tracked individually.
What's included in each training project?
Each project includes video lessons, supporting materials (PDFs, guides), and progress tracking — structured around real clinical trial workflows, from recruitment to site activation.
How is my progress tracked?
The platform automatically records your progress as you complete lessons and materials — visible anytime from your dashboard.
Do I get a certificate when I finish a course?
Yes. A certificate is issued automatically once you complete all required content in a project, and it remains available in your dashboard.
